Bellevue is the southernmost of the four incorporated towns in the Wood River Valley, below Hailey on Highway 75, and it is inside our service area. We have been the valley's glass shop for 36 years and that has always included the south end.
Being further from the Ketchum shop makes it worth getting the details right the first time. The more we know before we drive down, the fewer trips it takes and the sooner the glass is in.

Adding a photo helps more than people expect. It shows us the frame, the hardware, how the glass is set and what condition it is in, which is information a set of measurements cannot carry. If you cannot measure at all, a photo on its own is enough for us to work from.

We need the size of the glass opening, width first then height, in inches. If the piece is already out, measure the glass itself edge to edge.
On a shower door or a screen, the hinges, handles, rollers and clips can often be reused. That is a real saving, so hang on to them rather than clearing everything out.
Cracked tempered glass is under tension and will break on its own eventually, usually without warning. It is worth telling us so we can treat it as the priority it is.
